Not me - I couldn't go under but the then girlfriend did. Seeing as we was on holiday in Ibiza it starts harmless but ends up dry humping etc. She thought she was on stage for 10 mins , it was closer to two hours and like solds mate new nothing about it.
Saw Paul McKenna once live out of 40/50 people on stage only 4/5 couldn't go under.
Hammond had it done to him once on Top Gear. It was funny.

I've had hypnotherapy. It did work (to some extent). She said I'm to belligerent for direct instructions.
Very very relaxing

Yep. Felt like ten minutes, was up there a few hours. Would have been about 1998 as I was at university
I only went up to prove it was itchy beard. Didn't sleep properly again for months. Made a right cunt of myself and swung for the hypnotist and everyone else on the stage. Even the birds.
I was convinced it was bollocks until then and even now, don't remember it all. It's like a hazy dream.

Funnily enough, my mate got hynoptised in Tenerife in 1980 at a place called Ten Bel which was like Pontins.
The show was outdoors by the pool one evening. The hynoptist positioned 10 chairs at the front. He then asked everyone to stand up and lock their fingers together (were about 150 people there). Then he asked those who could not unlock their fingers to remain standing, and there were 10 people who could not undo.
I said to my mate stop mucking about as he stood next to me. He was then asked along with the other 9 to go to the front and take a seat. The hynoptist got him to say I'm a smurf, but then he broke out of the trance/spell.
I was with him all that day before the show, so know that no one had a word with him about faking it that evening so convinced it is all true.
Sure I've heard of some teams having some sort of hypnotherapy before matches.

I was recommended a hypnotist to stop smoking via a mate of a friend.tried to
charge me a twoer .i gave him a bullseye and told him to fuck off.
Still smoke to this day,.

Only works on some people that's why when you see the show they always have the elimination but at the start to single out the susceptible people. It's never worked on me.

I was hypnotised at a show a few years ago. It was genuine with me. After going through some routine, i was in some sort of trance the every time they played Right Said Fred''s "I'm too sexy", I stood up and started getting my kit off.
Playing the whole stripper part swinging each item of clothing above my head and slinging it into the crowd, which was about 1000 that night.
When the music stopped, I seemed to 'wake up' and I stood there in utter horror. To be fair i think the crowd probably felt the same way.
One thing different to other posters on here, is that I remember everything about it but it just seemed normal to do it at the time, as long as the music was playing. Trust me, I would never do anything like that and would never want to.
The only thing is I was driving home and I had no idea how to get back. Very confusing as it was only 20 minutes away.
